Payment is processed securely online using Paypal.
Orders are processed within 48hrs of confirming payment and you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been despatched - please allow extra time for weekends and public holidays.
Description
Ladybirds are made from high quality hand cut glass and are kiln fired, when making these ladybirds it is always a surprise and a delight when the kiln is opened after 12 hours to see their transformation. Each one a very special individual 'one of a kind' design. This meaning the design you receive will be your individual piece. All ladybirds are approximately 30-35mm in diameter. All designs are $55.00 plus postage & handling. International postage is available on request.
Ladybird Pendants have either a silver or gold plated bail. Sterling silver bails are available on request at an extra $20.00.
Ladybird Neckcords are available for pendants at an extra $5.00; Black Neoprene with a spring catch.
Ladybird Brooches have either pin catch or magnetic catch.
Ladybird Ring bases are adjustable, silver or gold plated.
Packaging
Each Ladybird comes in a draw string organza bag and is bubble wrapped for protection and posted in a parcel post pack. Your gift selection will leave us as scheduled and looking perfect. Whilst effort is made to meet delivery schedules, we cannot provide guarantees. We are in the hands of our couriers and they make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and safely.
Postage & Handling
Postage within Australia - Registered post -flat rate $10.00 for 3 ladybirds, $15.00 for 4-6 Ladybirds, $20.00 for 7+ Ladybirds
International Postage - additional postage applies, please email us for a quote
We choose Australia Post for all deliveries. Orders delivered by Registered Parcel post will arrive within 7 business days of being despatched. There are some areas that may take a little longer.
Registered Post has basic level tracking, and in the event that a parcel may be delayed in the post, it will be easier for us to locate where it is. Once your order is despatched we cannot take responsibility for items delayed or lost by Australia Post. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
